Wording suggestions for your Wedding Stationery
The suggestions below are given as a guide and each has a code number for reference. If you would prefer, your own original words can be used. Simply send us a copy of the wording you would like.
Proofs of the insert wording will be sent for you to approve so that we can make sure everything is correct. Once you have checked through and approved the proofs (by email is fine), the stationery can then be printed.
The insert wording can be printed in a number of different fonts and in any colour to match your chosen design. The wording can also be done in any language, providing you supply the text.
Wedding Invitations
The wording for your wedding invitations will be printed on a good quality white paper insert. If you would prefer a different colour paper, just let us know and we'll send some samples.
Wording will be chosen based on who the hosts are (normally the bride's parents but often the couple choose to be the hosts). It can also be based on whether you want a formal or informal approach.
Please feel free to contact us for any additional advice on wording.

Order of Service
The wording for the order of service will be printed on a good quality white paper insert (again, just ask if you would prefer a different colour paper).
More than one insert can be used to give plenty of room for hymns etc.
The wording will simply be a programme following the order of your ceremony. It will list (for example) entrance music, hymns, readings, prayers, the marriage, signing of the register, recessional music - in the order it will happen. This is normally something which is done at a later stage once everything has been confirmed. Details can be sent by email and a final proof will be sent for you to check. |
Menus
The menu wording will also be printed on a good quality white paper insert (again, just ask if you would prefer a different colour paper).
This will simply contain details of the menu. Again, details can be sent once everything is confirmed.

Thank You Cards
The wording for your thank you card will be printed on the inside of the card either with a message printed or left blank for you to write your own personal message (with your address at the bottom).
Or, if you prefer, you can send us your own composed wording which can be printed inside the card. |
