Variations / Materials
Each card is individually handmade so slight variations may occur.

Materials used may become unavailable and an alternative may be used. In this situation
an alternative sample will be sent to you for approval before further production goes
ahead.

Colours may vary from the images on this website. If in doubt, ask for a sample.

Proofs
Proofs for insert wording will be sent for approval and nothing will be printed until
written approval is given (by email is fine). It is your responsibility to check the
text thoroughly for mistakes in spellings or names etc.

Prices
Prices for bespoke designs will be individually quoted to you with your samples.

All other prices are subject to change, but this will not affect any confirmed orders
currently in production

Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure your order, with the balance being required before
orders are dispatched. Please click here for more information.

Delivery Times
When ordering bespoke stationery, it is difficult to put a time scale on this as every design is different. Please allow up to a month to be safe.

If you have all the text information required, the wording can take as little as a few days to be signed off.

Once the design and wording has been approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for production.

Delivery Address
Your parcel will need to be signed for. If you feel you may not be in, please feel free to give me a different delivery address.

Delivery Cost
I will send your invitations out using either special delivery or a courier service where your parcel can be tracked. Delivery is charged at approx £15 per delivery. This price is given as a guide, however, and can change depending on the size of the order. Any smaller parcels would be £6 and if you were to order a few extras, these would be charged at first class postage rates.
